Prepare the Package

Securely pack your Mous products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, just like they protect your devices.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
